Dirk Schiefer

Since 2026, I have been part of the PMPG family as a partner following the merger of the OFM law firm with PMPG. My field of activity includes the preparation of annual financial statements and comprehensive consulting for medium-sized companies. My professional focus is on tax optimisation and structuring advice – in other words, developing structures that strengthen companies in the long term and make sensible use of tax potential.

I am also a chartered accountant and assist companies with audits that focus on clarity, reliability and economic understanding.

I am excited by the opportunity to actively shape things rather than just manage them. For me, this profession combines the perfect mix of numbers, people and strategy. I am motivated by working with clients to develop solutions that create real added value – whether in economic, tax or organisational terms. It is precisely this diversity that makes my job so exciting for me.

For me, the best thing about PMPG is working as part of a team. Everyone here pulls together and we collaborate across departments. This culture of cooperation ensures that we can provide our clients with comprehensive advice and that everyone can contribute their strengths.

Reliability, clarity and open communication are particularly important to me. Clients should always know where they stand and what the next steps are.

I attach great importance to developing solutions that suit both the company and the people behind it. This is the only way to create a consulting environment in which trust can grow.

At the weekend, I look forward to spending time with family and friends, whether playing golf, dancing or out and about with my camera for my wildlife photography. These activities give me energy and provide a balance to my everyday working life.

I can laugh heartily at funny stories from my circle of friends. These are situations where you realise that humour is sometimes the best connection between people.
