Patrick Schmidt

I have been part of PMPG since 2026, following the merger between OFM and PMPG. My current focus is on tax consulting and planning, as well as business management consulting. In addition, I support clients in digitalisation processes and help them to establish more efficient structures.

What I particularly enjoy about my job is the variety of tasks and the opportunity to support clients in making important business decisions. I find it motivating to develop solution-oriented approaches to complex tax and business management issues and to create real added value through targeted advice. I also like how much our profession is evolving as a result of digitalisation. I find it particularly exciting to play an active role in shaping these changes.

For me, the best thing about PMPG is the equal footing on which we interact, both within the team and in our exchanges with our clients. The open and appreciative collaboration creates a working environment in which you can contribute, develop and work together to develop successful solutions.

It is important to me that our clients trust us – not only as administrators, but above all as comprehensive advisors in all areas of life and business. Whether the issues are business-related or private, we want to be partners who listen, think ahead and develop individual solutions. This creates an environment in which clients feel they are in good hands.

At the weekend, I particularly look forward to spending time with my family – my wife, our son and our dog. These moments give me energy and balance my everyday working life. And I always laugh heartily when we are out together and our dog does one of his typical funny things.
