Sabine Lemke

I joined PMPG as a tax advisor in early 2007 and have been a partner since 2013. In 2020, I took over the management of our Bornheim office.
My main focus is on providing tax advice to companies and private individuals, as well as on the further development of our office and our team. It is important to me to combine professional quality with a human, appreciative approach to working together.

I love the mix of analysis, creativity and interpersonal collaboration. Every tax issue is different, and it is precisely this diversity that makes the profession so exciting for me. I am particularly motivated when I can support people with my knowledge, whether by providing clarity, offering reassurance or finding new approaches together with clients.

Quite clearly: the team spirit. Our team is characterised by mutual respect, trust and the joy of achieving something together. What I also particularly appreciate about PMPG is the courage to think differently. We encourage and challenge our employees, are constantly developing and this is precisely what sets us apart from many other firms.

It is important to me that our clients realise that we take time for them and their concerns. For me, good advice means listening, explaining contexts in an understandable way and developing solutions that really suit the people and their company. Reliability and clarity are my top priorities, as well as speaking openly when necessary.

At the weekend, I look forward to spending time in nature, whether with my camera, in the garden or on long walks with my Rhodesian Ridgeback.
I laugh most at spontaneous moments with friends and family or at my dog when he tries to get his own way again.
