Fabian Geller

I joined PMPG in October 2012 and, looking back, it feels as though it was exactly the right time. Since then, I have been leading a tax team at our Bonn office and advising clients on a wide range of tax matters.
My focus is on working with my team to develop solutions that are clear, practical and forward-looking – in keeping with the spirit of “Tax Made Easy”.

I love the mix of numbers, people and responsibility. No two clients are the same, and each brings new challenges and opportunities. I enjoy being able to make a real difference with my knowledge: simplifying processes, reducing tax burdens and providing a sense of security in the process. What’s more, you never stop learning, and that’s exactly what keeps the job exciting.

Quite simply: the camaraderie. At PMPG, it doesn’t matter which office you’re from – we think as a team, support one another and celebrate successes together. Added to that is the openness with which we work here. New ideas are taken seriously, professional development is encouraged, and that applies to everyone, from trainees to partners.

It’s important to me that our clients feel understood. They should know that we genuinely care about their concerns and take responsibility. Clarity, reliability and a willingness to listen are crucial for me in this regard. We explain complex topics in an understandable way and support our clients so that they can say: “That was simple and really helped me.”

At the weekend, I look forward to spending time with my partner, family and friends, whether travelling, enjoying cosy evenings or out on my road bike. That’s the perfect balance for me.
