Andreas Demirci

I joined PMPG in March 2020 – looking for an environment that combines professional excellence with a modern, people-focused approach. As a solicitor and specialist in employment law, I have since been responsible for all employment law matters – from A for ‘admonishment’ to Z for ‘reference’. Together with my colleague Daniel Esser, I lead PMPG Legal Advice as a managing partner and support employees and employers with all employment law issues – strategically, pragmatically and on an equal footing.

What inspires me is working with people and helping them find solutions to often complex or emotional situations. For me, employment law is not a jungle of legal provisions, but a living practice: it is about understanding interests, building bridges and achieving sustainable results. When that succeeds, my work is particularly rewarding.

PMPG is modern, straightforward and people-focused. We work across disciplines, think outside the box and all pull together. Tax consultancy, legal advice and management consultancy all interlock here. What I particularly like is that we break new ground, whilst always remaining authentic and solution-oriented.

Clear language instead of legal jargon, quick response times and a willingness to listen – even to the finer nuances. Our advice is honest, transparent and always focused on the client’s goals. Ultimately, they should be able to say: “That was simple and just right.”

Spending time with family and good friends, and simply clearing my head. Whether it’s travelling, cooking or going for a walk: the main thing is to get away from the daily grind.
