Andreas Demirci

How long have you been at PMPG and what is your main role?

I joined PMPG in March 2020. As a lawyer and labour law specialist, I have been responsible for everything to do with labour law, from warnings to certificates, ever since. Together with my colleague Daniel Esser, I head up PMPG-Rechtsberatung as a managing partner.

What do you value most about the PMPG team?

At PMPG, we work with experts at the highest level and find suitable solutions in a straightforward way. The PMPG team is characterised by short communication channels, collegial interaction and experts you can rely on.

What do you think makes PMPG special?

PMPG moves with the times and always stays up-to-date. We take on new challenges and overcome them.

On a more personal note. What do you do in your free time?

In addition to travelling near and far, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Why did you become a lawyer?

I already enjoyed discussing things at school, much to the annoyance of my teachers, and presented my opinions with conviction. But always with the aim of finding a good solution for problems. It was this, and collaborating with people and companies, that made the legal profession so attractive for me.

Describe PMPG in a few short sentences.

PMPG means professional and comprehensible advice where people, the mandate and the company are the priority.
