I have been with PMPG since September 2008, initially as a tax advisor and team leader. In 2020, I took over the management of our office in Niederkassel.
Today, I am the point of contact for my employees and assist our clients with tax issues. My focus is on combining professional advice, leadership and the structured organisation of the firm’s day-to-day business.

I love the combination of numbers, legal frameworks and working with people. For me, tax consulting is not a rigid set of rules, but a profession in which you can develop solutions and shape things together with clients.
I find it particularly exciting that no two cases are alike and that you are constantly challenged to think in new ways.

For me, the best thing about PMPG is the consultation on an equal footing, both internally and externally. That sounds obvious, but in practice it is not always the case.
PMPG has the courage to try new things, even if the path is not perfect from the outset. This confidence in development, combined with an open and appreciative approach, is what makes the firm special to me.

It is important to me that clients feel taken seriously and can build trust. This includes listening, explaining things clearly and working together to develop solutions that really fit. For me, consulting on an equal footing means being transparent and actively involving clients. This is the only way to create a long-term working relationship.

At the weekend, I look forward to spending time with my family and friends. I love being outside in the garden or watching a tennis match. These breaks help me to clear my head.
