How did you come to PMPG and what is your main focus today?
I started at PMPG in 1996 by a lucky coincidence. At that time, it was still a small team with big plans. A lot has developed and changed since then, but one thing has remained the same: the joy of providing clients with personal and reliable advice. It is particularly important to me to find practical solutions that really work – no sooner said than done.
What excites you about your job?
No two days are the same; every client brings new issues and challenges. And with that, the wealth of experience that you can draw on and share with others grows every day.
What is the best thing about PMPG?
The best thing about PMPG is the team spirit. We all pull together, can rely on each other and tackle things together. It’s not just what’s on paper that counts here, but how we work together on a daily basis. Open, committed and with the necessary sense of humour, even when things get stressful.
What is important to you in making clients feel well looked after at PMPG?
I believe in clear language instead of technical jargon and in solutions that work. After all, trust is not built on legal clauses, but on honest work and reliability.
What are you looking forward to this weekend and what makes you laugh heartily?
A tour of the Eifel region, whether by car, e-bike or on foot, and of course cooking or barbecuing can be the perfect way to recharge my batteries for the week ahead.
I can laugh at almost anything; some things you just have to laugh at, others you can laugh at… depending on who you’re with and what it is…
