Marko Pflanz

I was a partner at the firm STEUERBERATER FSK until 2013. Following the merger with PMPG in 2023, I became a partner at PMPG Aachen and have been managing the Aachen office ever since. My focus is on strategically developing the office and continuing to offer our clients a high level of quality and reliability in the future. I place particular emphasis on digital collaboration: through innovative approaches, I aim to help successfully tackle existing and future challenges across the entire PMPG Group.

I am inspired by the opportunity to shape things rather than just audit them. After completing my training at the tax office and studying for a degree in public finance, I quickly realised that I wanted to think outside the box and provide active advice. For me, tax consultancy combines clear structures with strategic thinking. The fact that I have been able to support clients in their business decisions and help develop solutions for many years is what makes my profession so appealing to this day.

To me, PMPG is a young, dynamic organisation with a strong team spirit. Collaboration is open, collegial and characterised by a shared commitment to driving things forward. I particularly appreciate that new ideas are welcomed and that change is seen not as a risk, but as an opportunity

It is important to me that clients can rely on clear, structured and forward-looking advice. This includes transparent communication as well as solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical. Clients should feel that we take their issues seriously and work with them to develop viable solutions.

At the weekend, I’m most looking forward to spending time with my family and friends. I make a point of using these moments to unwind and take a step back from everyday life. If I have a bit of spare time, I enjoy playing a game of pool.
