Markus Florange

I joined PMPG as a partner in 2016 following the merger with TPF Steuerberatungskanzlei GmbH & Co. KG. I have been a member of the management board since 2023. In this role, I am responsible for investment management, IT and marketing. My main focus is also on providing tax and strategic advice to medium-sized clients.

I am inspired by the diversity of our profession. Every client presents new challenges time and again, with ever-changing tasks. This gives me deep insights into a wide variety of industries and allows me to meet many impressive entrepreneurs. I am particularly motivated by creating added value for our clients through creative and well-thought-out solutions. My aim is to develop solutions that are not only convincing but also make a measurable contribution to our clients’ success.

Quite simply: the people. At PMPG, collaboration is characterised by an open, respectful and professional atmosphere. I am particularly inspired by the willingness to break new ground, often venturing beyond the mainstream of the tax consultancy industry. At the same time, we manage to maintain a balance between our roots and the traditional values of our profession. This combination of tradition and innovative spirit is what makes PMPG so special.

Professionalism, reliability and communication on an equal footing form the basis of our collaboration with our clients. It is important to me that our clients feel: we don’t just analyse figures, we understand their business and their business objectives. Our aim is to actively contribute to our clients’ success. This aim is the DNA of our consultancy.

Finding a good balance to my working life is a priority for me. I like to start the day with a run along the Rhine. Every now and then, a round of golf provides the perfect sporting balance. Our dog Paul provides the cheerful moments in everyday life, regularly demonstrating that he has a mind of his own.
