I have been with PMPG since 1 January 2023. Today, I primarily advise clients in the tourism industry on tax and business management issues and guide them through a dynamic environment with many industry-specific nuances. In addition, I organise internal training and professional development – an area that is particularly important to me because it strengthens our teams and ensures the long-term quality of our work.

What excites me is that my job offers a perfect blend of numbers, strategic thinking and working with people. In tourism in particular, it never gets boring. The industry is changing rapidly, and I really enjoy guiding clients through these developments and finding sustainable solutions together. It is particularly motivating for me when clients leave a meeting feeling noticeably relieved and knowing: “Now I have clarity.”

For me, it’s the combination of high professional expertise and genuine team spirit. At PMPG, specialists from various fields work together, and it is precisely this diversity that makes us strong. What I particularly appreciate is that, despite our professionalism, we always remain approachable and authentic: the focus is on the person, not just the file.

It’s important to me that clients feel they are being reliably supported by us, not just professionally but also on a personal level. I value clear explanations, short lines of communication and advice that really helps because it takes industry-specific nuances into account. What matters to me is that anyone who comes to us should feel they are being taken seriously and have a partner by their side who thinks along with them.

At the weekend, I look forward to spending time with my family and friends – and to getting some exercise in the fresh air. I can really let off steam playing tennis, and every now and then I also tee off on the golf course.
